That might be possible, if there's a NFC compatible game that has a workable exploit related in some way. It would require an internet connection or data stored on the SD card as well. If you found a game with such an exploit, you should probably PM someone like Smea or start working on it yourself. Sharing a possible exploit on the boards wouldn't be a good idea.

Rewrite an NFC chip to disguise as an amino and input some hack.
Already submitted this idea earlier. Look WAY back in the Homebrew section for the thread.
Though next time, I recommend to put this in the Homebrew Ideas thread, its stickied on the top.

in the meantime some chinese company would probably pay you plenty of money if you managed to actually clone amiibos onto random NFC chips.......yay amiiclones, arguably more profitable to keep any method secret and make money selling fake amiibo's

although as usual this is probably more of a "look mah i thunkeded of sometink" thread

yeah, i got an idea!
nintendo has wifi, why not disguise router\wifi card as a game server and send hack to game?

wait, nintendo has sd card! why not rewrite sd card to disguise as real sd and input some hack?

nintendo has buttons! why not fake button input, making button overflow?

nintendo has microphone! why not output codes from computer speaker to nintendo microphone and make exploit?

we could use thoose "lan power line devices" (not sure if the name is correct)

we put the console to charger, connect the computer to one of those devices, and send the hacks :D

Smea actually did it on a DS game with a novelty "transfer data over sound waves" feature!

Rewrite an NFC chip to disguise as an amino and input some hack.

Code:
.arm
.text
.global hack3DS
.func hack3DS
hack3DS:
mov r0, r69 @ Nintendo added this secret register that doesnt exist on other arm devices
push {r0} @ Push the hax to the stack
call gainArm9 @ Lets gain arm access
bx lr @ return from the haxx
@profit

Jokes aside, seriously "input some hack"??!!?

my inspiration come from those examples

i seen a discussion on gbatemp, people telling about zelda, oracle of seasons also capabable of arbitrary code execution through input.. but i think no one explored that.. i should search for that thread and ask
