Hacking Icons Slots Missing!?

EDIT: I'm a total idiot.. I just realized that the Home Menu extends itself
I've been looking for somewhere to post this, but I found it's easier to post things here
When I hacked my -New- Nintendo 3ds XL I noticed that slots to put applications were missing

Ignore the create folder thing I got that from some Nintendo Support page thats very unrelated from this

Do you still have no idea how to use the edit post button? Its there for a reason.
