As the title states, I admit that I was wrong all this time.
Couple days ago I made an ass out of myself claiming that the arm9loaderhax has a 30 % brick rate even if done right. Well last night I decided to give it a try and followed the whole tutorial carefully and woe and behold, it was successful. The OTP Helper works wonders and it prevents the chance of bricking.

So here I am, apologizing to those I have offended and annoyed, and I am admitting that I was wrong and was being a total jackass.

Well I can respect that, you manned up. I would never take a YouTube video over a guide that is always updated for something like this. Where you able to unbrick the other system?

Theres your prolem.

Theres to much fake shit on youtube.
i seriously don't understand why people like to follow youtube videos for stuff related to computers..
with a written tutorial you just have to follow step by step usually.. you just read an follow..
with a video the first thing in most cases you see is a dude writing on a notepad, or annoying music, dude speaking too loud, dude speaking too quiet, barely speaks english.. annoying\unnecessary zoom just to show an "ok" button..
and you have to pause the video, and play with the slider back and fourth..
also the screen is being recorded with a camera, or a big amoount of time is used just for center the view when using the screen capture programs

in some cases video tutorials are good and usefull but it's just 1%...

Did you get that 1% from a poll?

You left out the ones who use tiny ass font on the note pad that no one can read.

Exactly that.

They won't learn shit from it.

i like to see whats going to happen.
barely any of these hack guides came with screenshots

I agree man. I was following an outdated tutorial and bricked while doing the downgrade. OTP helper made the downgrade and unbricking so much safer.
This was the point I was making about the tuts for menuhax. They are outdated and can lead to bricks. So everyone should follow the otp guide even if they stop after part 3. Its always best to use an up to date guide.
