I did some research and if you are able to spend tens of thousands of dollars on the necessary equipment you might be able to de-lid the Tegra X1 chip and edit the bootROM using a focused ion beam.
we could dream.... I have dream that I have two switches. 1 is my own cfw'ed switch and other 1 is patched one. I was doing comparing between two and saw changes that I could undo on patched switch then I did something to patched switch. I put atmosphere on patched switch and ran well.
