If you don't have to pay for your games (piracy or parents) then you don't appreciate them (or anything).
I appreciate things more if I don't pay for them.

Because I have found no game that is worth a value higher than $0.

...Actually, I have never seen anything worth more than $0. Stingy bastards, making us pay more than what an item is worth....
Oh really? If they are so worthless why do you keep playing them?

maybe u just need some better games to play. something to drive you, cause the old stuff you w/ the same mechanics just ain't doin u good anymore for the moment. try something new or try something you'd like a game with awesome gameplay, or awesome story, or just reading a shit load of text (adventure games).

You're subconsciously realizing how formulaic RPGs are and giving up because your mind realizes you've been playing the exact same scenarios over and over.

Sure, all the effort the developers put into designing a game, making up a story, translating it in multiple languages, and so forth is worth nothing at all. You don't even pay for the games, as you like to state multiple times in pretty much every single post of yours. Also, what Goli said.

tl;dr: Get a life.

As others have said, piracy is not the causation of this. I can find many counter examples where people pay for their games and don't finish them. A is just having many games. A solution that works for me is not to start any other game until it is 100% completed

Nothing is wrong with you. If you are a pirate, that is just a common thing that happens to pirates. With just so many games out there free to use, one starts to lose interest at a rapid rate. It happens to me all the time.
My cure, I go out and buy the game i want to play and now that I have the hard copy, I put a little interest in it, since now I want to make my money's worth out of it.
Might not work for everyone, but it works for me.

Or maybe you just haven't played a game you REALLY want to finish. I've pirated games before, and I've never had a problem finishing a game if I love it. And if I really love it I'll play it a few times more.
but IDK it could be piracy syndrome, I don't download a gazillion games at once. I usually pay for them...I like to have the box 8D! so I wouldn't know ouo

... I sometimes just stop playing. forget about it. then remember but get too lazy to play it/lose interest P:
plus alot of RPGs can get repetitive, Unless the story is really good I might be really slow to finish it P:
wait a while, then ya might regain interest and finish something

or...Ya' can play something addicting...like puzzle and Rhythm games! They're mad addicting O3O

It's part (a large part) piracy, and part that you likely get too many of them given to you (if you are young and living at home), and part you can get games used cheaply in some cases.

But it is also partly that games today are more and more just more of the same crap, new pictures.

It's easy to fix. Stop getting more games till you finish the last ones. Refuse to get something till you fully finish the last one.

I do that too, I have to force myself to finish games, even if I buy them. I basically forced myself to finish Mother 3, Wind Waker, Dragon Quest IV and V, and some others. However, I don't regret doing so at all. The weird thing is, I'll feel no motivation to play, but as soon as I start up the game and load the save I have no trouble continuing to play. It's just the initial "Do I really feel like playing this game?" feeling.
