Hello ! Yesterday, I wanted to use Link2SD on my phone, I followed a tutorial and I have needed to root it. I do it, I install Root checker to verify and it's was ok.

And on the tuto it's say many thing and I misunderstood a step and I reset the phone, I reinstall the apps and it say I'm not root. I go to setting to update my phone and I can't (I can't with root...)

I try to root a second time but it do anything... What can I do ?

PS: Sorry if bad section
PPS: Sorry for my english

Re-root it.
If you did a factory reset, your root is still there but broken.
Either install SuperSU and check if it says there's a problem with root privaleges.
If your phone is chinese, install Kingroot then use SuperSUSwap to change SuperSU clients and get rid of KingrootSU
