hello guys, I was in a store here in my city in brazil that make non authorized maintenance in any hardware, the seller show me an gamepad for wii u and told me the client didint got that back in 1 year, than he sold me for R$ 50,00 (around US$15,00) and i got that, what can I do with it?
remember I dont have the console only the TouchPad.
can a kioski version of the console turned in an normal verision?
please remember I'm in Brazil, the completed console is still expensive, and i don't have interest in get and wii u with the same price of the switch

You need to buy a Wii U console (retail version, you can't convert kisok in retail) from the same region of your gamepad.

ok guys, but not even an emulator can be installed?
i will try to find a console, or
put a rapsberry inside, or
try to run in a pc like a normal controller.

You could gut it and make it into a handheld computer with a Raspberry Pi inside, maybe. But even then I don't think you'd be able to use the screen so you'd have to buy a fair amount of parts in any case.

Look at the bright side: you can get a console cheaper than a Wii U gamepad. I've seen consoles go for $40-$60. Gamepads are ridiculously overpriced.

It can be connected to a PC using libdrc, I think that only works on Linux though.
