Just got upgraded from 50GB to 1TB of badnwidth thanks to Optus

The Aussie ISP is increasing their data allowences for their Fusion plans.

Australians should know what I'm talking about.

Eh... according to Speedtest.net I've got 15.88Mbps. If I'm lucky on the torrent I usually get at least 800kb/s (my record was 1.8MB/s)

I have Optus 150 gig which doesnt get upgraded to 500gig or 1tb which is fucked up for me

I've had unlimited bandwidth for a few years now, and even without the serious downloading I used to do, I still take up over 100GB a month. I could upgrade to get the double speed broadband that's available all over the UK now, but that means I'd have to drop down to a 60GB bandwidth allowance again. This is the price I pay for my parents picking the country's cheapest broadband provider.

Which leads to my next question, what are the D/L and U/L speeds? (While plugged in with cable, Not wireless!)
