I need quick help with my wii u

i promised my uncle if i can change the wii u language he will give me 100 bucks
But since i download wii u menu from nusspli it ending up being bricked

I need quick help on reset it cause i dont have sd card and the pico (raspberry pi) cause i cant remember where i left it

Please help me cause the wii u is my life
