can you please explain to me? and how this work? i only use rincheat

also after i copied these files into plugins folder i tried to play uncharted but i get an error (c1-2755-9)

edit 2: i did a rebuild database and the game works now, but none of the plugins works, it doesn't show up when i press SELECT button for 2 seconds or when i press SELECT + Right to show up rincheat menu, and it works with other game both plugins shows up, do you know why? my game is PCSA00029, also ireally don't know if the UNCHARTED.suprx in the right folder or not...
