Hacking I need help with homebrew.

I have a O3DS With CFW and a O3DS Thats on 11.6 without homebrew, Is there anyway I can give the O3DS homebrew without using the DSiware method and trying Stickerhax or Steelhax just wont work

Use R4i gold card or any card that support ds transfer.

Or buy a DSi game from the eshop and use seed miner (no transfer requires).

Or hardmod.

DSiWare is your cheapest option, your other options is hardmod and ntrboot flashcart, both cost more than DsiWare method.
