ok... idk if we both stupid, but im using sxos... and after launching the game, i press home, go to album and cheat tab... press select cheat and it give parse error

CANT SELECT CHEAT AT ALL... get it? or should i draw a picture?

You need to give a lot more information as no one could infer that from just that alone.
There are several ways of implementing cheats across different custom firmwares.
You need to give more info. Such as is it just this game that gives you the parsing error. Are you able to use any cheats for other games. Were you before implementing these specific cheats able to use other ones.
I WOULD LOVE a picture though

Here switchcheats dB work on hyrule warrior zelda give me like 10 minutes since I'm copying file from my computer to my hdd but for dq builders (not 2) here's happen

I would say the code is either broken (possible due to updates, maybe region) or incompatible with sxos cheats.
You can probably use edizon to modify the save in useful ways (it's a save utility for cheats and backups and restores)

No it won't. Just make sure to back up your saves before you modify them and you'll be fine
