Homebrew I need help getting homebrew

I'm not very good with computers or anything technical but I was able to get the fbi on my New 3DS. In order to get UltraSuMoframework, I'll need Homebrew; which I don't have. Is there a way on fbi, luma, or do I have to use FreakyFarms Or Cubic Ninja to get it?

Homebrew browser and homebrew game are the only ones in fbi. I've tried doing 3DS guide the normal way and I cannot pull it off no matter how hard I try.

Use the latest version and you should put the cia in a place where you can find it and use FBI to install it, such as a "cias" folder.

Keep in mind you may get banned if you run homebrew CIAs/VC injects while online. Running homebrew through Rosalina (a Luma feature) is much safer.
