Delete firmware.bin from the Luma dir.

When I do it my 3ds screen just stay black

Yeah and I did try to restore my sysNAND but my screen just got black to a brighter black

https://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/ - I don't recommend this, but since you seem to be against the wall. Download the latest version and overwrite the files. Hold SELECT when you bootup and redo your settings.
