right now, i'm looking at this site (the bundle is actually cheaper than the SCLite alone) but i'm not sure if it comes with the card:

Do yourself a massive favour, get a SCDS-1 (SDHC version) and an EZ3in1.

Both would cost about the same or just a little more than the bundle you linked to.

SC-Lite+passcard will give you... very good DS capabilities, but rather poor GBA capabilties.

SC-DS1 (SDHC version)+EZ3in1 will give you... best DS capabilties and great GBA capabilty.

that combo does not include a memory card
be aware that there's tons of counterfeit memory cards being sold. I would buy the memory card from a trusted dealer or retail outlet
