Can we downgrade now?

If you want to do that. But don't go any farther than 10.2 and below.

I noticed the same thing so i am downloading the firmware files for 10.4

Iirc the system needs ARM9 to downgrade because it will no longer allow you to install an older build of an already installed title.

Woah, the guy was only posting something of concern; there's no need to bash him in the ground. He's also a rather new member, and he may not know much of what he's speaking, but instead of criticizing him, just point out the problem and help; instead of bashing. That gets you nowhere in life, trust me, I know!

who the fuck cares you got am:u with waithax. on 11.0+ that won't make you able to downgrade. it'll just enable legit cia installation and other stuff like that, which is what fbi can do.
there is a title blacklist on process9 for system titles to block downgrades since 11.0.
