Yeah, and I wouldn't recommend people to do it to, store a lot of file on CTRNAND decrease NAND writing a lot too.

You understand that the system CONSTANTLY writes to the nand right? If you boot up your system and shut it off, back it up, boot it up again, shut it off, back it up again, the files will not match.

Yeah, I know that system read and write nand every time they boot.
But, why would I want to waste its read/write capacity by putting/delete a lot of files on CTRNAND,
decrease NAND life just to use decrypt9 from CTRNand? That's what my meaning.

Every time you update you write to it. My point is you do more writes regularly and copying one file wouldn't make any difference. Also DSiWare games are stored in NAND.

But Decrpyt9 run on CTRNAND shouldn't end with one files, that my point.
Unless it can browse SD content from from CTRNAND.

Just throwing this out there.
But try to remove the sd card and the battery.
Let it sit for 10mins or so.
The put the battery back in.
And boot it up.
See if it will boot and let you into settings.

But from the sound of it. You said something about custom keyboard? Probbly hd an update then mixmatch firmware infor and it messed up something.

That's why I always say: install dsiwarehax. You can restore a nand backup with fwtool with dsiwarehax. And this works on stock too when you ever installed it.

From my understanding the dsiwarehax capable games have been pulled off the shop, no? So that's no longer a viable solution.

LOE still avaliable for purchase. Also if you have it haxed before losting A9LH, you can use it anytime even when it pulled off.

True, but if you were to somehow lose access to CFW/A9LH, you wouldn't be able to use those because the tickets don't match the system/NNID.

Gateway isn't the offender here. The context given by the OP suggests that he was playing MK7 with cheats when it happened and he updated before that. Gateway doesn't include firm patches, so he'd be knocked onto an OFW or bricked (n3DS) if he were to update with it.

Buuuuttt, that's only if the OP is being totally honest.

Never try it but may be it can, what I know you can't boot them from CTRNAND for sure is SaltFW and Corbenik.

Yes you should have full payload support when booting from CTRNAND, as long as they are in CTRNAND/rw/luma/payloads

Actually, while loading decrypt9/godmode9, initializing sd card failed (obviously because there is no sd card in it). So it does still need the sd card in, it cannot completely use ctrnand
