Hacking i keep getting the unknown pkg1 version error

I saw a few posts about this that basically said they updated their Atmosphere, fusee or just about anything else but as far as i know everything is on it's latest version including the firmware when i use the fusee option in the launch menu in hekate it loads just fine and i'm able to load CFW but whenever i try the emuMMC one it gives me that message, i already made the partition for it and should theoretically work just fine as far as i'm aware, i don't think it's relevant but i don't have lockpick since the github was taken down, i just tried the sysMMC and Stock options which also fail

an important edit is that i'll just go ahead and start over

nah that was also on the latest version, i just formatted and started over and it seems to work
