ROM Hack I just want to know

This has been probably asked time and again so im geniunely sorry but I just want to know what I can do and get the most direct answers possible
I have a

• DSI
• Pokemon Black and White US retail cart
• AceKard 2i
• smallftp

Is there any possible way to do .SAV dumping and/or and editing on my retail carts
Again sorry if im being dumb >.>

You need to buy the NDS Backup Tool to be able to back up saves on a DSi.

Also just wondering will the current Japanese version of pokesav work on the US version; and has a US version of pokesav been made yet
