Hardware I have nintendo switch SDEV devkit, and it doesn't turn on

I have nintendo switch SDEV devkit in my house, and it's doesn't turning on with Wii U Power Adapter. I need the way to reset settings to make it work, because it's doesn't turning on after i tried to change some of them.

There has to be a sticker on it somewhere about the voltage and amperage needed. Please take some pictures of that (if you find it) and of the plug and post them here.

Also, before the console bricked, I changed 2 settings: I don't remember the first one, but it was changed to "Console", and the second one was something like CPU overclock (SDEV only)/Perfomance mode policy
