i hate using Google

dont you just hate it when you have to use google to look something up.
it makes me feel like the biggest ass ever.

i finally got tired of seeing the word "SHUPMS" everywhere.
everybody talking about "SHUMPS", and i havent got the foggiest
what they are talking about. so i had to give in and google it.

Shumps.... Shoot-Em-Ups. oh......DOH. i just call them Shooters.

I google things all the time, it's really damn convenient. Even at work, i'll often google questions I can't answer. I dunno how the hell we lived our lives before google.

I'm half a step away from treating google like Yulia's Score, and googling all my questions about life. "What should I have for dinner?!" "Should I wear socks with sandals?"

Well here, I'm sure this will make it allll better.

Anyway, Google is the best around. An old teacher of mine constantly MADE us use ask.com of all things for research papers and I honestly couldn't find any good info on what I was doing.

Actually I used to call' em Shoot-Em-Ups back in the 80's, then sometime in the late 90's / 2000s I became familiar with the term Shumps.

Also I wouldn't call a Shump just shooter, the term might be misleading as a shooter can be Time Crisis or even Call of Duty.
In this case, Shumps are generally vertical or horizontal scrolling bullets dodging shooters !

Haha, well, I'm an '89 and only played them late in the 90's so I learned to categorize the vertical/horizontal shooters as shmups from the get-go. Love them to this day!

That's funny. Doing the Bing Rewards thing to get some xbox live and I thought, "Wouldn't it be easier if I just used Bing rather than Google...?" After one day I was back to doing 30 searches a day for random words on Bing and doing my actual searching on Google...

The only time I dislike using Google is on my mobile. When I have to type it in the address bar for Google, it takes me to a searched result of Google. I feel stupid each time. I'm going to make a bookmark of it now sigh
