Did anybody else get this email? It says unless I opt out, I'm included in a class action lawsuit against EA for their NFL exclusivity deals. I don't know how I feel about this -- I'm kinda surprised, lol. What do you guys think?

Lol wow. Epic. I wouldn't sue EA over something like this, but the legal argument makes sense. Is each individual game worth the same $60 every year? The year to year improvements aren't exactly that great, which means EA makes easy money every year from improving the graphics a bit, adding a feature, and updating player stats. The reason they can charge $60 a year is because of the exclusivity rights given to them by the NFL. The goal of this case is to get one of 2 things to happen.
1.) Have the NFL drop EA's exclusivity rights.
2.) Have EA charge less per game.

I hope EA wins though, tbh. Easy money for them means easy money for me, in the long-run. (At Louisiana State University, they have an EA testing center on-campus that hires high-school grads, and offers jobs at EA Sports for college grads interested in game-making.)
