Hacking I gotta huge problem

I am having two problems with my g6 lite:

1) It can't be recognized as a usb disk device

2) the firmware does not work, not bottom screen in nds mode and (EDIT) takes a freekishly long time to load gba screen

Can someone help, or at least tell me how to send it for a replacement?
