Alright, so I was following a Howtogeek guide (It won't let me add links sorry), and when I pressed "Run Homebrew launcher!" in wiiuexpoit.xyz, it restarted my Wii U and it said that "FSOpenfile failed: and it said that payload.eif was missing even though I put it on the SD Card. Anyway to fix it?

Your homebrew launcher file is probably missing. Many guides tell you to overwrite a file. Instead try copying addons to the folder instead of overwriting.

First of all, thank you very much! @Lacius

I've been using Loadiine for decades, and after they closed their service I couldn't use any other, like the WiiUExploit. It was always showing the FSOpenfile error. But now finally worked, thanks to you!

I formatted the SD Card (FAT32), and downloaded again the apps and unzipped at the SD Card. It still didn't work. But after downloading the payload file you indicated, and I also cleaned all Wii U Browser Data, it finally worked!

Thank you very much again, I was so depressed without any hope of playing the exploit games, but now I'm feeling better and ready to play!

The payload.elf is missing. Somehow. Is the card correctly formatted?
