Well is that possible to be a normal iso and if it is , is it possible to hack the program to incrise the speed of ripping the game?

The ISO contains a CE Kit for the dreamcast - so it is NOT for the Wii.
He would have knewn it, if he knows the deamcast

besides that, the format ISO is not illegal, obviously. however if you own any commercial ISO without owning the original then it is illegal.

by commercial i mean ones that are currently being made and sold in shops, not like SNES and things. altohough many sites still say it's illegal to host/ own them if you dont have the original rom. which is a load of crap if you cant bu it anywhere...
