Dude, so I just started watching this goofy stuff, thanks to you and ciro64. This sounds an AWFUL LOT like "The Onion Movie", which is a film based off of The Onion Newspaper, "America's Finest News Source". When I lived in NYC, it was always the paper that I'd search out. It was completely free of charge and had some of the funniest content I've ever read in my entire life, like this reference:

"Gun Pried From Charelton Heston's Cold Dead Hands..." (this was on the heels of his death).

So I am watching IDIOCRACY now and of course it's just brilliant shit. I'm only a bit of the way in but the whole I.Q. and reproduction business is a scream. This movie is VERY MUCH like THE ONION MOIVE. So, if you liked IDIOCRACY, give The Onion Movie a try, you'll love it, especially the opening scene with the newly improved seatbelt.
