Homebrew I could use some help (O3DS not booting up)

First timer here so I apologize if it doesn't belong here, i'm also not the savviest in this subject so i apologize in advance for that.

Last night i was downloading a game using CIAngel, i left it loading for the night, i noticed that at one point due to a thunderstorm my internet gave out, when i check my 3DS i find the system is frozen, only thing i could do is force it to turn off, now it won't boot up properly, instead the screens remainn black and the blue power light remains still.

I can still access the luma configuration menu (Version 8.1.1 by the way)

if i then force it to shut down i get the next error:

Processor: ARM11 (core 1)
Exception type: prefetch abort (kernel panic)
Current process: ptm (0004013000002202)

Any help will be great, thanks in advance.

Try renaming your Nintendo 3DS folder, and see if it boots up. If it does, try deleting home menu extdata (see https://3ds.guide/troubleshooting) and putting the name back, or if that doesn't work, there may be corrupted data in the folder somewhere you need to find and delete.

have you tried booting it without the SD card inserted, because if it can boot with no SD card then its just an SD card related issue

It did not worked, how should i go about finding the corrupted data? My SD has about 3GB on something even though it has no games in it

Yes i tried that, even tried with another SD i regulary use and still, that's when i became alarmed.

Without the SD, does the blue light stay on or go on then off?

If it stays on, you could make a NAND backup (so you can return to this point) then do a CTR transfer https://3ds.guide/ctrtransfer
