Hacking I cant run moonshell 2.02

Sorry if in wrong section my first post ever

I have an r4i and i put the file _DS_MSHL.nds in the root folder and the moonshell2 folder on the root... i put the card into my R4 and the r4 into the dsi and went to media....after that a bunch of letter in white came up adn it began booting... on the upper screen it said "MoonShell Ver 2.02 stable booting... Extention memory not found." and its stuck there... please im in desperate need of help

ok i found out that re formatting the sd card helps... but now i get past that area and it gets stuck on the disk check...
heres the error message:
on the top screen
proc_chkdsk_body.h:427 chkdsk_writetest_ShwError: #16406: Write test error. PLease reffer log file.
Application halted!!
Please refer [/moonshl2/logbuf.txt]
bottom screen
Memory card access failed
Not enough free space on card
DLDI driver doesnt support writing
Incompatible or loose connection of cf/sd

but all them are fine except im not sure about the DLDI thing cause im not sure what to do

ive been googling all night but couldnt find anything to do with the error message above :S
any help?
