I can't connect to the Steam community..

Like, I can't chat or anything.. And I was in the middle of talking to a friend.
Steam just says NO CONNECTION at the bottom of the window.
I have access to the store, too.. Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it?
(I already tried rebooting, no luck.)

Sometimes it'll drop out. Doesn't usually last very long. Absolutely nothing you can do except wait.
