probably still in your history. I got panned on the ps3 two or three years ago. I finally got rid of the banned account on my ps4 last week as it affected four systems. no more banned system (bought a new one) and no more banned account (now using three separate accounts on the ps3, vita/pstv, and ps4.

You can't play online anymore, since you're permanently banned.

Uninstalling pirated games isn't enough to erase all traces of hacks from the Switch. You would still be banned if you weren't already, even if you uninstalled the games.

If you want to play online with a Switch that isn't banned, you should use a clean sysMMC for online play, and an offline emuMMC for all hacks and piracy. That's the only safe way.

You shouldn't have hacked your console if you didn't want to get banned. This is basic hacking 101.

I feel incredibly amused by this scenario.
You knew you'd get it coming. You used a hacked game online, either a tampered save or (probably) had multiple pirated installed games on your system.

What's there so dramatic to cry about? You are now free, my friend. No worries with CFW, Emunand, and other things. Just pirate away like the pirates we all are.

But at least get a few legitimate games. Come on, support some developers that feed your favorite pastime.

I don't want to get banned again from an accident or something. plus, it's unlikely I'd play any games like I've done with the past six or so consoles I've exploited. I don't really care what other people do with their systems, but be aware of the risk for hacking any system. if, one day, I want to exploit the switch, I'll probably buy an already banned system. @eyeliner is right. you're now free from worry that that will happen. that's why I'd buy a banned system myself.

yeah, I was a little hesitant to log in with my new ps3 to get my act.dat, but that was long ago. I don't know if nintendo will send you email, but sony does. they don't seem to care about the vita, so I'm safe there. as for the ps4, I activated my account with account activator after formatting the drive with my sata station. I then used my account id from @Leeful 's script. no issues to report. everything works including usb exportation of saves. I don't even have to sign in like you're supposed to. if I can, I don't sign in on any system except the switch. I only have nso for cloud saving (have never played a game online) and the nes/snes games are okay. I did beat breath of fire, super mario world, and maybe one or two other games on there.

Thank you all for your help it was complicated at first when i thought my switch was ruined except that in fact it wasn't that bad.
English speaking forums are much better than french forums in terms of hospitality.

I'm assuming you was using a dirty sysnand. I mean it sucks that you are banned but you can still use your system normally you just can't play online anymore. What I normally do on my 2 CFW Switches I keep the Sysnand in tact and only update the emmunand I have a switch lite to play online with. I'm assuming you played a pirated game online.

If you want to play online again you have to make a new account on a new switch i wouldn't reccomend you using your old account. As good as emmunand is I still prefer to play on a virgin switch for online only

EDIT: When i had first got my PS4 I had used the same account that i had for my CFW PS3 that I had played online with pirated game the funny thing they never banned my PS3 but they account banned my PS4 because of my PS3 activities luckily my PS4 wasnt console banned I just made a new account. That's why i'm hesitant to play my PS Vita on my PS4 because I don't want my PS4 account banned.

A sysnand is your system nand in short terms that is your operating system. Your brother more than likely used fuse-glee and put CFW on the switch without making it dualboot. Many people sell CFW switches like that and that is incorrectly done. When you dualboot a swich it is like having 2 switches in 1. Sysnand is what you use to play online with your offically owned games. Emmunand is where you do the mods, emulators, and the "games"

In your situation I would keep your switch for offline play. Despiite your switch being banned in the next 10 years the online services for the switch will no longer be supported so in the long run you are better off keeping it and just buy another switch if you want to play online.

If you had pirated titles, the Switch was hacked. Just because they don't work doesn't mean they aren't there.

The reason they don't work right now is probably because you're in OFW. You need to boot CFW for them to work again.

Yeah I have a dongle but he doesn't so I basically injected fusee and told him to make sure the battery stays charged. Now he's stuck in OFW without a dongle, that's why he can't play the games.
