Hacking I cannot reply to the "Community Guide"...

I am on TapaTalk Pro, and every time I go to the Community Guide, at the bottom it says "You don't have permission to reply".

Anyone else got that message using tapatalk on android before? I can't even see any posts in that topic.

It's very strange.
