Hacking I cannot get gba cias to run

it works fine. on my 2ds. just not in N3Ds

I go to home in like 18 minutes.

EDIT: If you are sure the CIA is installed like a charm, you can try an older version of RxTools, the time I go to home and start dumping the CIA.

Here you go, one of the three CIA's is the one who REPLACE the CIA if he already exist.
Try install your AGB_FIRM in SYSNAND AND EMUNAND with the good CIA.
