Misc I am Working on a old project I need some help

So a couple months or weeks ago somebody made an under tale port for the 3ds and then he quit so I am trying to finish it but I need some help.
I just need somebody to make a program that depends on all of the files that are for under tale
This is really based off of the android port but It might work all I probably need to do is edit the Cfig and that's it
