Looks like it just displays it's loading, says it loaded - then goes back to the main screen.
Even if it did do something, how would you know? Maybe it's just a MP4 video of some screens?

If it was, you would be able to create a folder and it would only show in the emu.
(Besides, you can delete appver.bin and the video still plays and says the same thing...)
