Hi.
I tried to install hwfly on my switch v2 and it looks like my screen did not survive this try.
It is all black though touch is working and I hear sounds.
When connected to the dock, I see image and everything looks fine.
I took the chip away to load stock but it still the same so looks like I had not enough experience to do this procedure.
Do you guys think screen is dead permanently or there is something can be done about it?

Thanks!

You can check the ribbon cable above the eMMC module area, either you damaged the ribbon or damaged your unit due to poor soldering.

Thanks for reply
This is a photo on eMMC module area, looks like there is no damage

Does it make sense to try repairing it somewhere or you think it's dead?

Maybe check if your backlight works?
Maybe that got damaged in the process.
With a strong flashlight you should be able to see if the LCD itself shows something (it's a bit tricky with the filters absorbing most of the light).
I do find that the ribbon cables in the Switch are very tight and if they slip out even a little bit they disconnect.

If all fails, just use the second switch lcd on the first one to see if it is the LCD panel.

My tip is a bent pin on the LCD Connector, they break so easily, even if you care a lot. The Flex cable must slip in with absolutely no force. If it doesnt, you're about to bend a pin and should stop immediately
