Installed HWfly lite and I cant boot into cfw or ofw. Gives me a package 1 error/ just hangs on the splash screen.

I've used sx chips many of times is there something i need to do with the HWfly before it will work properly or am I missing something on the sd card?

Is there a guide anywhere?

How do you enter OFW? Reboot from hekate then OFW?
Update to latest firmware and load latest HATS pack on SD ('known good' situation), then what happens?

Yeah from the launch menu mate then stock, or cfw sysnand but both just hang on the hekate splash screen.

I actually tried HATS pack straight away but even that's the same problem

Seems not so good. Try removing 3v3 from the chip, see if that allows OFW to boot. Also try to dump the EMMC from Hekate, see if that's still accessible.

Yeah I was thinking this way. Just removed the entire chip assembly, console boots fine, weird.

Faulty parts maybe?

Could be. The only way for the chip to really interfere in such a way is the DAT0 point I think. Could try to eliminate things, see if that's what makes the difference. But perhaps it might be better to call this console 'unchippable' and move on to the next.
