Yes but you have a perma-link to those apps on the humble bundle website and the devs are supposed to update them here.

I just bought it, especially for canabalt, I'll also check out the other games.

Plus, there is the Humble Bundle app, which you should be able to download updates from (probably not automatic, but if you just check it every now and again you should be OK)

Yep, I got an e-mail for an addition to the bundle. Updates are only noticed if you check the application manually, I think.
Doesn't bother me, and it makes perfect sense for something not purchased in Play to not be able to update via Play.

My problem with updating is Play keeps trying to update Anomaly from the first Bundle. I don't even know why it's being acknowledged by Play.

They should've given gift codes or something, it would've made updating much easier.

It notifies if updates are available and it supports both bundles so it's actually pretty neat. Some of those games still aren't on Play anyway.
