i know i can run emulators on it like nes sega gb gbc gba ect but how would i play them as far as i know this phone is only has a single touch screen not multi touch

Gonna be hard to run any emulator on that thing, as you say, if it only supports single touch no way you're going to get on-screen controls. So you either need to connect a Bluetooth keyboard or gamepad to the device, not sure what works with it. From what I can see it has USB and Bluetooth. Good luck!
