Hacking How's development of hacking 11.3 Going so far?

Hey guys! Is there anything going on the scene on the 11.3 hacking? I'm sure there is some good guys working hard on that, but theres a place we can follow the news? It's been quite a while since homebrew launcher for this version is out but untill now 11.3 seems to be a dead end...

I'm starting to fear the day that new systems from stores will be on 11.3 and we won't be able to do nothing out of the box.

I understand D-Wave has achieved 2000 qubits. Not sure how many are needed to break the encryption, but in 15-30 years when quantum computers are commonplace you will be able to downgrade your 11.3 3DS.
