Well i had an assignment to write about my name and how i got my name so I was wondering temp how did you guys get your names post your nicknames if you dont care for real names.
My name is pretty cool I like it I prefer not to post it though I got it from a baby book of names though nothing special about that but Im sure you guys have some interesting storys dont ya.

My mom gave me my name, Jessica, because she thought it was a pretty name lol.
But some of my friends call me JJ because those are my initials.

They picked it cuz it sounded good.
Clark is my middle name.
That one actually comes with a story!
So I'm a Cubs fan (Well, my dad was first) and Wrigley Field (Where the Cubs play) is on Clark St. and Addison St.
So I'm named after a street.

Nickname (username)
(which has been posted elsewhere, but may as well include it in this)
Came from my name Ben + Sandwich since I always brought these "Roundwiches" to school for lunch.
A spelling error on my part created benwitch.
I figured if I made a username I might as well chop off the vowels and the t so it seemed less like I spelled it wrong to begin with.
Then my other half of my username comes from a combination of my first and last name.
I just combined them for the hell of it.

And that's my story.

Actually Daniel is #5, and I was wrong on the number. Not sharing.

My screen name is literally two random words which are never taken. I use it to sign up for garbage accounts and when my primary is taken.

I usually prefer Jerkface, something Murphy from Sealab liked to say. It was either that or Fignuts.

I'm actually quite disappointed with my parents' decision as to what my name should be.

No, not because it's a bad name, but because there's no real meaning behind it. I asked my parents "Why'd you give me the name I did?", and they simply replied "It sounded neat."

My two siblings, however, both have some sort of meaning to them.

What a weird coincidence I had that assignment last week anyways I got my name because of our religion.

EDIT : It's funny if you think about because my last and first name are both Hebrew but I'm not Jewish.

I was named Lily because those were my parent's favorite flowers. And I think there's this story about how my dad stole them for my mom on a date or something. Bleh, screw romance 8D

I shouldn't have given you so much crap, I'm sure it came off as being intolerant, I had no idea that Hebrew contained the same symbols that we use for numbers....
