you would need to have a domain with a really short link. you are better off hosting on your phone or computer than trying to use google drive. I am not sure about github. Do you have a router that can run custom firmware? do you have a raspberry pi?

I'm just trying to see if i can host on Github to see if other people could just fork my Git so that they can host themselves too. Also I updated the link to include my Github version
i think that for the php it is the pack fault, cause for me it doesn't even work on loadiine.ovh/kafluke/

YOu're better off hosting it locally, tbh. Then you can remove it from the internet if you dont play online at all. I setup 3 servers on my network and use my router to dispense names to them to keep it as short as possible. have one hosted on the router, one RasPi, and one on PC. It is up to you how you do it, but that will be the easiest route. Or use one that is in place. Personally, I setup a virtual access point on the router, isolated the wiiu and blocked internet to that AP. No worries about updates sneaking through and it just works.
