Looking for some instructions on how to get this to work properly. I have the exe and the DLL files needed. I have gotten the program to work. Still it doesn't seem to do what I needed it to do. Keeps getting a error when I combine the files. Also when combining the files. Which files are needed and their placement. AKA the file I want to take from and the file I want to be my new NAND. Please if you have any information. English instructions video or tutorials post here. Thank You

I waited 7 days to give this one final bump! I hope someone out there can help me. If not point me in the right direction.

Here is an explaination of what punetwiin does, how it works and what you need:
It's basically like betwiin which converts a NAND.bin to use on a different Wii. It works slightly different though; It takes a full nand.bin for both done files. It pulls the files and filesystem from the first NAND, and it pulls boot1 and boot2, the keys and the bad block map from the second NAND. When its done, you will have the contents from the filesystem in the first NAND mixed with everything else from the second NAND. The full process should take about 2 minutes. Bad blocks are taken into account, so it should be safer that Betwiin. Anybody using punetwiin is encouraged to verify the content of the output file before installing it.

use nandBinCheck to verify your merged nand afterwards, which you can find here (as well as ohneschwanzenegger & nandExtract).

Credit to Giantpune, by the way for these very useful tools. :)

So you ran this right?
Code:
punetwiin.exe nand1.bin nand2.bin
with nand1.bin and nand2.bin being the paths to the source nand (the one with the data) and the destination nand (the one where the data is going) respectively.
What was the error that gave you?

If you don't get any errors, then you should be good to do the actual transfer. Run the same command again, but with -force added so that it runs in live mode rather than test mode:
Code:
punetwiin.exe nand1.bin nand2.bin -force

set source nand path to "nand1.bin"
set destination nand path to "nand2.bin"
would format destination nand now...

would create: /title/00010001/48415445/data/picture.dat NandBi
n::GetFile() -> (quint32)data.size() < fst.size : 80000 expected size: 12c400
"picture.dat" "2043" "12c400" "00001081" "3031 ("01")" "00000000" "00" "01 rw --
-- [c1]"
0 != 12c400
"Error reading data for /title/00010001/48415445/data/picture.dat"

C:\Documents and Settings\Johanness\Desktop\release>

Getting this error! Any ideas!

It is having trouble reading from one of the NANDs, have you tried verifying both NANDs with NandBinCheck (use the -fs option)? Does it give any errors for either of the NANDs?

Ya it seems I'm just going have to install all the wads, and saves myself. Trying to use the software doesn't seem to be the easier way for me. Thanks for your help I appreciate it!

Just out of curiosity, can this tool transfer the Wii Shop Channel Account, or just game saves, Miis, and/or the Message Board?
