ROM Hack How To Use AR3DS Codes?

So I'm trying to use Fort42 QR codes to hack my games, but when I open the QR code nothing happens (a part from loading that 'executing exploit' page). It was supposed to crash, right?
Do I have to have anything installed before running the qr codes?

I'm using rxTools.

AR3DS codes will only work with the old 3DS, and not the new 3DS. Also, you will need to install an older version of the Web Browser that actually allowed you to use these codes. I suggest searching for "Browser Timewarp", as that is what it is referred to.
