Homebrew How to transfer save files to different partitions?

I have a question regarding transferring save files between Switch partitions (specifically pulling my Animal Crossing New Horizons file from my stock partition and backing it up in JKSV in my Homebrew partition).

I am in JKSV in my Homebrew partition and I am trying to pull my ACNH save file from my stock partition. I enabled the setting that supposedly allows files to be pulled from different partitions, but I still don’t see any of the saves from my stock partition...
Is there an easy way to pull save files from my stock partition without tapering it with Homebrew?

First of all, there is no such setting. If you are talking about emuMMC, the whole point is for it be separate from sysMMC so absolutely no homebrew can interact with both simultaneously. Secondly, your only option is to launch JKSV in sysMMC but doing so can and will risk a ban.
