Hacking How to stop Webmin loading automatically?

I recently installed Rebug 4.82. After installing Webman, any time I boot my console the fan starts revving up really fast like a jet engine, and the only way to stop it is to manually unload Webman. I can't find an option to uninstall it. Is there a way I can keep it from running at launch? Do I need it at all?

Just edit the fan speed, it will be much quieter, it is nice to have webman running.

Primary I use it for fan control, I ran mine at 45%, you can figure out a fan speed and and a temperature you like to keep your system cool and the noise down, but then again it is more about if you reball your cpu/gpu to keep it cooler.
