ROM Hack How to run .plg file (FE warrior cheat plugin)

I downloaded cheat plugin but I can't open .plg file
Please guide me to run .plg file

What's the game?

EDIT: Nevermind I misread. It should have instructions, but I believe the general rule is you have to put the .plg file in either SD:/mods/[title id]/ or SD:/plugins/[title id]/. Find out the Title ID of Fire Emblem: Warriors and that's the name of the folder. And then all you do is press the hotkey to open up the menu when your in game.
