OK, you can try the native version of ntrboot_flasher.firm to restore the backup.bin file renamed exactly with this name "r4isdhc-backup.bin".
The version is this: https://github.com/ntrteam/ntrboot_flasher/releases/download/v0.4.0/ntrboot_flasher.firm
