How to restore my Switch's save data?

Hi,
I just formatted my oled console and forgot to move the save data, the save data is still on my micro sd card.
Do you know how I can restore the save data back onto another console?
I heard you can restore with JKSV but is it possible to transfer save data from an CFW to an Official SYSNand without being banned from online services?
