Tinfoil is showing 22.3gb system and 94gb free. My card is 512gb someone I guess created a partition . How can I remove it without loosing things

You need to backup all data on your SD card, repartitioning generally involve remove all data from card, if you use a raw partition for emunand, you need tools like emutool or dd for windows for backup.

Then you can use diskpart command or the Disk Management of windows to delete and recreate all partitions. I personally use MiniTool Partition Wizard for partitions stuff.

Also you can use "SD Card Formatter" to realign and put in order your SD card.

For to be able to format on FAT32 you need to use MiniTool Partition or fat32GUI because Windows partition tool uses ExFAT for default.

Or after you remove all partitions you can use Hekate to repartition your card if you want to use RAW partition for EmuNAND, or just use the backup created with EmuTool to convert the raw based on file based.
