Hardware How to remove parental PIN control?

I recently purchased my Switch, it is linked to an account with parental control, the model is not unlockable XAJ1004, i was wondering if there is any way to provide it?

My firmware is 10.2.0

You can call nintendo and they will help you, for the 3ds the code was based on the day and was the same throughout iirc

That link does not work for many non Northern American users.
In general you need to go to your ( = the country where your switch came from) countries' nintendo website.
E.g. for a Dutch switch go to nintendo.nl

There are different sites for different countries. But in general you first need to go either some translation of:
- Service and information (Service en info)
Then to
- Parents (ouders)
Finally there should be a link for resetting the Pin now.

Alternatively, some regional websites have a link to 'Parental Controls' in the footer menu.
